First of all, I have never been disappointed with any Dior products that I've ordered or purchased in the past and still have/use many of them without any issues! However, my most recent shipment delivery from Dior has set a whole new level of product and service enjoyment for me! My ordered items came so eloquently and beautifully Gift Wrapped, (Yes, GIFT. Wrapped., not to mention individually sleeved in a velvety covering!!) that I soooo wasn't expecting! What a beautiful surprise that W0Wed me! (';') I ordered 2 blushes, (#783 & #219 Rose Montaige) and a lipstick, (#988) the shades compliment each other perfectly, so creamy they simply glide on! Accompanied with my order, a FREE mini bottle of Miss Dior, this fragrance is HEAVENLY! A deluxe sample of mascara, the #999 lipstick, (another gorgeous shade) for me to indulge in! This is truly a Wonderful company to make your purchases from, so you shouldn't any have reservations when ordering from Dior! Thank you Dior, for making my Day!! Definitely will be returning!! Expedient but it said on the ad "no taxes and no shipping charges' I did receive no shipping charges but I was charged sales tax.

I don’t think it’s fair to pay return shipping when the products weren’t properly advertised.

I have still not received my order of perfume. I also am unable to get it delivered to me still. The money was taken from my account on the spot though.

I was trying to replace a lip gloss from the Babor company. While your product is nice , it wasn't the color coverage that I wanted. I am going to use your product to place in Christmas stockings of my nieces. The presentation of the product is stunning and I will be able to use the box and ribbon.

I could not get a defective product replaced. Dior products are fantastic. Customer Service is good, unfortunate that I could not get a replacement product however. 4 stars.
