Love Note and who sent gift didn’t come with package. Disappointed about this. Shipment was on time and otherwise product quality was high as expected from Dior.

I love everything about both the site and the order experience except the lack of email communication. I don't even receive an email that my order was successfully accepted, much less a shipping notification. It leaves me wondering whether my items were even ordered until they show up at my door in their beautiful packaging. Literally everything else about the experience is 5 stars plus!

This is awesome! I really love them instill I see a finger print on the left on the bottom of the lipstick. I though someone have tested them and Dior still sent to me. Unfortunately, i have trashed the return label unless I will return those. Love the product but hate the service.

Love the products! They were suppose to be to me by Wednesday (I paid for faster delivery) they came a day late. However it was ok and I still feel you deserve a 5 star rating.
