It is almost impossible to get genuine Fahrenheit anywhere else (I am leery of the ones sold on Amazon, many reviewers insist they are fake knockoffs). Had one contact with your customer service folks, and that was handled promptly and courteously. It's a pity you no longer offer the Fahrenheit soap bar. Packaging is superb.

I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive. The product may be great but shipping is very slow. Update: it arrived today. A lip gloss in an oversized but very sturdy box. Upon opening, I noticed the beautiful packaging-a Gold Dior gift bag full of shredded paper with my little lip gloss in the bottom. I love the product but would forego the long wait and wasteful packaging for more prompt delivery.

On 11/12, I ordered ROUGE DIOR COUTURE COLLECTION - LIMITED EDITION and used the promotion code: SDMOON19 which was supposed to give a 6 piece complementary gift. But unfortunately I did not get them on my package. So I give this one star bad review due to Dior web forget to give 6 piece complementary gift to me.

I have been a fan of your Creme Abricot for many years! When I tried to order it through Macy's website, I was told it was no longer available. My heart sank. How could your number one selling item be discontinued? That's when I contacted Dior directly to see if I could still get some. Much to my delight, I was informed that Creme Abricot is not discontinued, but it is very much available. I was so thankful to hear that I can still buy this nail cream, as it is the best cuticle cream I have ever used. Thank you, Dior!!
