There was a network problem when I entered my credit card details and confirmed the checkout. The page did not load and I could not press the confirmation button again. Basically the page got frozen. I received a confirmation email 20 minutes after I pressed the confirmation button. However, eventually everything worked out fine and I received my products

I had an awful time with the website. I could not get from the cart through the purchase process. It kept saying that there was an error. I switched from credit card to Paypal. I wasn't sure if I was successful because I got a notification from PayPal but not from Dior. So I tried again a day later and had the same issues, but this time an order number. Still no email from Dior. As it turns out both orders went through so I accidentally ordered it twice. Not a great customer experience.

I never got my refund as promised of $40.76 I never received product. It was sent to wrong address. I have spoken to Dior customer service 3 times. They said for sure it would be removed from my PayPal account no later than Nov 29th. As of today, Dec 5th 2019, NOTHING! Dior charged my account on Nov 12. This is why they only get one star.
