I recently ordered online for Christmas and I was very happy with the products, shipping, and the Dior Christmas box. The box was really beautiful and the products were packaged in an adorable way.

Sale was quick and simple, but the restrictions they placed on the carrier made it a challenge for me to get my package as no one would be home. Luckily i caught up to the UPS guy before he left. I was unable to have the package dropped off at a different location or a UPS access point.

I was out of the United when I placed my order...and noticed that I had something in my basket that I did not order...so while my order was processing I ask on chat if I could removed the item and they said I couldn’t do that, so I said it’s processing so not send out yet!! So she ask me if I rather canceled the whole order and reorder and said yes!! To find out a week later that I did received the order with the item I did not order and now I have to pay for the return?? I’m very disappointed and will never order from Dior again and will let my friends know also...
