Everything was great except I did not get a confirmation email after my order. I assumed the order didn’t go through and then went to a store and purchased the items. I was surprised when I got the package in the mail. I didn’t get any emails with tracking numbers etc either. I guess the good thing is that I am fully stocked up on my makeup 😂. Seriously though, confirmation emails and tracking numbers are very important for customer service. The products are great!

I haven’t received my order yet and I need it for the holidays! I’ve gotten two email notifications that it’s on the way, but still not here. Very discouraging:)

I paid for overnight shipping for a very expensive perfume on Dec 14th. It's now Dec 18th and I still have not received my package. I have a very important wedding occasion that I fly out to in 2 days. Let's hope they can get it to me on time
