My purchase arrived within a few days and there was no shipping charge. I looked on line at quite a few sites and There were no sites that sold Dior’s products for less than they do. All the others charged shipping as well. My only comment is that the packaging, though beautiful, must cost half of what I paid for my product! Unnecessary and I would raster pay less for the product and ship in plain brown wrapper! Less to recycle!

It is always such wonderful experience when shopping at Dior. And I am always so pleased with any product that I order from Dior. From the gorgeous Dior keepsake box that my products arrive in, to the phenomenal quality of each and every product. I will continue to be a Dior customer for many, many years.

I am very disappointed in the level of customer service I received with Dior. I have been a client of theirs for years. In fact it’s the only cosmetic line I use. I usually order from Neiman or Saks but neither had the item in stock I needed. After a week of not receiving any information on my purchase, I called. They had the rudest team and were completely unhelpful. I was completely floored. A “supervisor” called me back to tell me the tracking and said “sorry you’re so unhappy, I will send you a 10% code for a future purchase. “ I never received it. She also made it clear that the tracking update was not “her problem but she did it because I asked”. I am very displeased and disappointed. This level of service should not being coming from a company like Dior.

Good, very smell

Products are good. The problem is that the charge will be completely done immediately when you purchased, but the refund of cancelled order takes forever to return.
