I am currently working with PayPal on a claim for an order I attempted to place online on the 9th was in fact billed for but no record of it actually being completed. I either need my money back or the product I ordered.

I am a software engineer. So let me rate on their IT system first. Obviously, their system cannot handle high concurrence. I paid money to Dior thru Paypal. Paypal has successfully/quickly give money to Dior. But Dior website told me cannot finish transaction. After 18 hours, Dior sent me an email to notify me that transaction is OK. I believe that Dior audit money from Paypal or credit card system, and then find out the discrepancy, and the corrected the error. Not bad. After rate on Dior's IT system, I have not receive what I bought. So cannot rate on them. Since I did NOT pay delivering fee, so slow deliver speed is reasonable.

Customer service is really bad. I called couple times to find out why my order was cancelled and what i received is they know nothing, just wait for them to email up to department. Remember the last time i talked with the lady her name is Juanna or Joanna. She didnt know anything about my conversation with last 2 persons but she did say something like they/we never said thatm she sure about that.. I can go to court. They have proof lol. Normally some stuff like that you guys should hear from.customer who wanna sue company not company who serve and bring service to customer wanna sue and threaten customer like that. They record everything so i wish they can find her and listen back everything she said. Wow .especially dior is big brand name.. wow. So surprise . Ill never buy from dior again. First is also last

The box is so beautiful. The quality is good. If Dior has more value sets that will be better. And more randoms samples sent to customers, they will know and have experences with products. That will be easy and more interesting to choose products for future orders.
