This is my first time I made a purchase on Dior’s website. Oh my, I love how they wrapped the package. Its looked fantastic and amazing.

I received my order with ease. The presentation was beautiful! Lovely scent as well!

1. Email notification is too slow. 2. Only received 1 email regarding order. 3. Had to fish around the website to locate order status, not user friendly. 4. Order took 6 days to arrive, waaay too long.

i didn’t receive updates in a timely fashion and logistically it was a difficulty receiving my order. I ended up placing another order which will likely be cancelled. It’s been a less than pleasant experience but hopefully it’s better next time. Thank you
