I placed two separate orders. I initially saw an ad on Instagram which is why I placed the order in the first place. Each item looked like it was individually wrapped. I thought it was a great way to send out gifts to my friend. However, that’s not the case. They put everything in a large box and the box is wrapped with ribbon. The presentation is absolutely beautiful! It is luxurious and the box is a nice, thick box exuding quality. Each item was placed carefully and everything arrived perfectly. The items I chose were exactly what I expected. I love the lip glosses and the free samples included. The reason for the 4 stars is because one box came with a CD clip on pendant and the other one didn’t. They were both similar amount orders (over $150). Shipping was quick. I would definitely order again as gifts for friends.

Ordered online, chose a free gift and sample. My order was gift wrapped with all the cushy flare I love from Chanel! Dior did not disappoint in the "wow" factor! It is a special treat to buy yourself a great perfume. Miss Dior and Absolutely Blooming are exquisite. Treat yourselves ladies, or wow your gals gentleman!

I still can not believe Dior.com give me a such bad buying experience. Here is the story: we bought a lip balm because of it was on promotion and giving us free gifts. However, when we received the order, gifts were missing due to what they said "out of stock". Then we decided to return this lip balm because what we really want are those gifts. What made me really mad is there is no free return. If I sent it back, returning fee is almost 30% of the price. Therefore, I need to keep this useless lip balm. Damn. A bad shopping experience！
