Love love the packaging, and the Valentine’s gifts that was included. I was worried I will not get it because it was not on the website yet when I placed my order. I was thinking if you did not include it I will just probably call your customer service to consider sending me the mini Valentine’s Day gifts which you posted like 2 days after I placed my order. That was all bonus. The best part is the quality of Dior, whether it’s makeup or skincare care it’s top notch. I usually doing my purchased at Neiman or Nordstom through my SAs, But because of the packaging that i saw from the email you sent to me, I said I will skip the fun of shopping but rather I would like to do the fun of unboxing. This is my first order with Dior, but it won't be my last. From the ease of using their website to receiving the purchase gift wrapped for free, they have exceeded my expectations. I won't be shopping anywhere else for perfumes and cosmetics.

Everything I want as a customer. Professional and pleasant communication. Prompt shipping. The perfume was packed securely, with attention given even to pleating the tissue paper surrounding the perfume box.

I usually order my Dior products from Macy. However, the eyeshadow I wanted was out of stock. Thats is why I did try ordering all 3 items that I needed from Dior.com. And I am very pleased on how fast the delivery of my orders and not to mention the free gifts I got. I am very satisfied.
