DiorUs was super slow and I couldn’t place one order because it kept staying at the PayPal page and later showed error. However the order was placed, twice. Although I’m super sure I didn’t refresh the page or click the button multiple times. Contacted customer service about this and asked to cancel both orders right after I found out, which was only minutes later. However nobody helped me cancel my orders and the coupon code was not applied either. I have to return them when they arrive, and need to pay for returns according to their policies. I’ll never buy anything from this website.
