I ordered Dior perfume about a year ago and was blown away by the beautiful packaging. I was looking forward to receiving my Dior fragrance purchase all wrapped in beautiful package for this order, but Dior let me down. It arrived in a brown cardboard box with ugly bubble wrap. No pretty tissue, no beautifully wrapped items presented elegantly. I love the perfume. I spent about $340 which I could have done through ordering at a department store and gotten points along with some nice gift wrapping.

I loved my purchase although I was a little disappointed for not receiving it in the complementary gift wrapping. I understand we are in unprecedented times but overall, I’m satisfied.

I ordered this for a gift, and the free gifting wrap that says it comes with like it always does dud not it came in a plain box no gift bag or gift box very disappointed. Ofcourse the products is a five star but I’m reviewing the service 😩

I received my products intact. The products were exactly what I expected and the bonus gifts made the purchase amazing. I prefer to purchase Dior beauty products directly from the site for this reason.

My items was supposed to be gift wrapped with Dior Courtoure Gift Wrap, instead they were all thrown in a brown box with no tissue paper, bubble wrap, no free gift, nothing... I was very shocked because this was suppose to by a Mother's Day gift now I have to figure out how to present this to my mom nicely or just return all items and get her something else. I am very disappointed with how it was packaged, maybe someone forgot?
