You should offer free return shipping like most other cosmetic companies

I expected my order to be gift rapped since I had clicked on “gift wrap couture” but my items were lose in the box. Had to go out of my way to find a box that fit the item I had ordered.

Timely arrival of the product, no problems as far as I could rate, would shop again!

My package was not wrapped in a Dior box like it says on the website. Super disappointing. My order is instead being thrown into a box. They did not even put a single effort to organize it nicely. I would rather spend my money on Chanel / Louis Vuitton.

I love your products. The only reason you did not receive a straight 5* rating is because the samples you sent were not relative to my preferences. And you may have wanted to include some other facial products to try. When Are you replacing the rose lip balm????? There is no other....PERIOD! Shipping time could be better but I don’t understand due to current affairs of our country. Thank you so much.
