Dior USReviews of dior-us.com

The absolute BEST! I received my order in a timely fashion during this time. THANK YOU!

It was a pleasure and very easy placing an online order. My order arrived within a few days and was packaged very neatly.

I placed a order on Sunday. Then called in the following day on Monday right at 9am ET to cancel my order due to incorrect shipping method and address. The rep confirmed the cancellation. Later that Monday night, I still received a shipping confirmation. After that, I had to speak with the a customer service representative at least 2 more times to get my refund back. What a hassle! This process made me not want to order from Dior’s site again.

Amazing and quick service. All products came packed very well and arrived sooner then expected.

The only reason I'm giving four stars not five it's because I didn't receive my entire package, I was supposed to receive 7 items which was my perfume set and 6 free gifts, I only received 5 free gifts. There was one missing: a free gift wrap box. Besides that, Everything was fine. The perfumes smells so good 😍 I like all of them.

Great Great Great Great Great Very Great Very Great Very Great

I really loved the gifted wrapping. The product was excellent.

Everything on the website was smooth easy to navigate. Didn’t have any problems it was a great experience and would purchase from here in the future
