What a surprise to find so many gifts with the perfume purchase. It was like a party. Wicked fast shipping, beautiful gift boxes.

I ordered some perfume for my wife for mother's day. I added 2day shipping, but when the transaction went through, it was back to basic shipping. The present would not get here in time for mother's day. Called customer service and they suggested to order again and generously offered me code DIOR20 TO SAVE 20%OFF. Unfortunately, the Dior website was not working for the next two days, at that point I gave up.

I have ordered and paid for 2 face creams and received only one. I asked for the other cream to be shipped and I was told that tte company needs to conduct 8 days investigation with UPS. Unacceptable for a company like Dior, more so for a customer who bought products from Dior for years. I will deal with this through my bank. Very disappointing.

I truly like the cologne and deodorant because it last all day long and it was shipped to my house in 2 days so think you guys at Dior and in the future I will purchase other products.
