My package was never delivered In time for Mother’s Day and never delivered at all! my package got to the post office 10 min from my house and I received notification that it had to be returned back to sender. When I contacted UPS they told me I needed to contact Dior to see why it was sent back I still have yet to find out why it was returned and 135$ down the drain I’m waiting for my refund and I was not able to purchase another Mother’s Day gift I’m beyond disappointed and upset at the service I received.

Customer service is awful. My order was returned halfway in transit because of a shipping error. So not only did I lose the Mother’s Day gift but also the Mother’s Day sale prices. All they could say was I would get a refund in 10 days. I don’t want a refund I want what I ordered. I will not shop with them again. I get better Customer service from Chanel.
