i continuously contacted dior to cancel my order right after i ordered it because i ordered a foundation that was too dark. they kept ignoring my emails until they shipped the order and it was too late for them to cancel. now i can’t send the order back and get a refund because of covid. they knew what they were doing.

I love my Dior! Miss the exquisite presentation that it usually comes. When I find a cleaner product that compares I will switch! Most of your products shows up as a dirty 8 on a scale of toxic ingredients.
