Took a little longer than expected, however I didn't think I would remove a star since I was not in a hurry. Item arrived in perfect shape with zero damage. Item was worth the wait and would buy from Dior again.

My order was place in 4/30/20. Today is 5/11/20 and I still don’t have my package. UPS is no help and you can’t even talk to a person at Dior for assistance. I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE AGAIN Tonya Waters

Getting something new from Dior is always fun, but it's what happens behind the scenes that counts. Excellent customer care and on time delivery deserves a shout out because even though there's a pandemic right now Dior manages to make it all easier, unlike some online shopping sites. Overall, very happy with the product and the experience of purchasing it online. What I could have loved more was the freebie accoutrements... there needed to be some masculine options there! I was buying a parfum gift for a man (Sauvage), and the only sample and travel size accoutrements were of VERY feminine scents! Not appreciated. A travel sized Sauvage would have been perfect...
