I ordered a couple of things for my mom for Mother’s Day ! I was excited to ship a pretty boxed fragrance to her as ADVERTISED on the website!! but my package came UNWRAPPED and stuff just THROWN in the box, not even with tissues around it. Nothing LUXE about it!! Again, as ADVERTISED!! I was super disappointed with my purchase ! My Chanel purchases ALWAYS come wrapped nicely every time!!

I loved it exactly what I expected

Ordering from the website was great! Shipping was quick. Hypnotic Poison is my absolute favorite perfume. It is getting hard to get elsewhere. I was so happy to be able to order it through here. Please don't ever discontinue Hypnotic Poison!

I am very satisfied because the package was delivered in time and everything was packaged well also up to par in terms of presentation. I am very pleased and will be buying again really soon.

My only complaint is the giant boxes you send a tiny item in. You could literally fit like 100 of my makeup items in this box. Its excessive and unnecessary.

I am filled with Joy, Dior delivered in a timely fashion. Pleased with my order, and my complimentary gifts! Thank you Dior <3

This was my first online shopping experience with Dior. I am not satisfied with the experience because it was missing complementary gift. When I called customer service they didn’t do anything about it or apologize about the missing item.

The product is awesome and the time it took to get to me was a little long.. Overall I will shop directly with you again...
