I order perfume set and it says in the website it will come with dior gift wrap. But it did not. It was very speacial gift and important occasion and I wanted to give the gift in a special way. It is very disappointed to expect something and not get it. I could get the set from another website if I know it before !! When I talked with customer service they told me that they can’t do anything about it. Very bad service !!!

The package showed up quickly. I am very happy with the purchase. Make sure you google for Dior coupon codes on the Internet to get extra free gifts in addition to the free gifts offered on Dior. I got 2 mini lipsticks and a Dior cosmetics bag. Yay!! :))

I had a terrible experience ordering direct from Dior. They promised twice to cancel my order since they had an incorrect shipping address (website does not verify profile addresses) and still the order was shipped to my previous address. When I contacted them after I received the shipping confirmation, no one responded to me. I then tracked down the package, only to find out they had charged me the full amount but only shipped one of three items. When I called back, they said they need to place a claim with UPS, even though it was clearly a fulfillment center issue. To date, I’ve received no refund and will probably have to dispute the charge. Worst service ever.
