Wonderful product, only thing I need for my nails.

Firstly I had an issue with the complimentary travel size that was not included with my order over $100. When I called in about this issue (4 times to be exact) I was told I would receive a call in 2-4 hours the latest 24hrs for it to be mailed out to me. I never received a follow up. In fact, I was told yesterday that a manager would contact me to resolve the issue. Again, I’ve heard from no one. I have spent over $3,000 with Dior in the last month. Also package arrived with contents opened (box that houses lipstick) and was not gift wrapped as selected in the original order. I would expect this from a low budget merchant but NEVER a high end boutique such as Christian Dior.

I sent the product back. It looked completely different applied than in the picture and wouldn’t stay in place.

bad packaging and even lied on the website. Checking out was hell kept declining my card.
