The fragrance and samples I ordered came in a basic cardboard box. Everything looked like it was thrown in the box without care. My fragrance was dented, the samples were destroyed, and I didn't get my signature Dior cardboard box. It was very disapointing, how Dior sent me my package.

Always a good experience. Shipped quickly, even during pandemic! I miss the fancy box and wrapping Dior usually does, but it’s understandable that they don’t want to add extra steps to shipping right now.
