Love the brown color - it’s hard to find a good quality mascara in brown and this one is awesome! I absolutely love the Dior overcurl in brown too but it was out of stock so i tried this! The overcurl in brown is still my favorite bit this is a close second!

The product is excellent. The samples were great too. The shipment arrived super fast. I gave 4 stars, because I ordered gift box, which did not come with the order.

I attempted to order makeup products from Dior twice. My address was listed wrong for both times; the apartment number was not included. In the first time, I thought that it was my mistake. The package was carried to the building where I live; however, it was requested to be returned to the sender because there was no Apartment number listed. There has been no refund given for this order even though the package was returned and has arrived at the warehouse. In the second time, I made sure that I put my apartment number. However, the apartment was still not listed in the invoice.

The Colon I ordered from the official website doesn’t smell like anything, I know the Dior sauvage smells really strong and has amazing scent but this one doesn’t smell

If it were only for the Diorella perfume, which I love, I would have given it 5 stars. But the service failed. I made a mistake when choose the samples I would be entitled to and immediately after the purchase I sent an email to the customer service asking to change the samples I had chosen and they didin't try to help me. When the box arrived, it was too big for the content and badly packed, so the perfume and samples were loose inside the box, at the risk of breaking.

I placed my order from Dior directly as I was not able to make a purchase from my local store. The purchase was a gift, so I requested the complimentary gift wrap and paid for overnight shipping. My package arrived two days later with the items thrown into a large box. No gift wrap or care! When I contacted Dior customer service I was told they weren’t offering gift wrapping as they were trying to process orders as quickly as possible. If this is the case, take the option off of your site!!

Product does not have the same color as in the photo. Lacquer is beautiful but it wasnt as expected. Also you use too much boxes for a laqcuer and the luxury package eas missing. Product is good.
