The product is just what I wanted. It's the best eyebrow pencil I've ever tried! I would have given my experience 5 stars, except that I found the website very erratic. AND - even after I paid for the items, and received a confirmation, the product remained in my shopping cart. I had to manually remove it once I knew the items had shipped.

I ordered fragrances online and I received an empty box. My fragrance was stolen from the package and the box was delivered already opened. Contacted customer service and so far no response after several days. Not a great experience for a first time customer. I would strongly avoid ordering online from Dior as they don't provide tamperproof packaging.
