My online purchase experience was awesome. The items I ordered were delivered in a timely, the packaging is top notch hands down. My birthday is in August.... trying to decide now what I'm going to purchase with extreme excitement.

Your online purchase order process was awful. I simply couldn't place my order online because it wont let me. Your customer service is the one of the worst I've had. I called in many times to get my order placed over the phone, and was told only a manager can do that. I waited over 10 hours, and never received a call back.

Quality is always impeccable. Great service in spite of pandemic. My orders arrived having undergone the same attention to detail as usual.
