After receiving the email confirmation I noticed the promo code “welcome20” didn’t include the miniature size maximizer 3D primer. So I emailed and was told that the promo code works on a second order and not first order. When originally ordering the promo code worked and reflected the free trial size primer. After corresponding 4 times and asking them to either cancel my order or include the trial size primer I received my invoice and shipping confirmation email. I felt your company completely disregarded my concern and will not use your company again based upon this being my first experience with your company.
