I found your website simple to use. You had everything I love in stock. The shipping was extremely fast. Thank you it’s so nice in this climate with stores either not open or shortened hours to shop your products online and receive them so quickly.

Thank you, I received my product order and lovely samples. The samples are helpful when choosing additional products for my skin care and make up.

Not only are the products excellent, the presentation of the order and shipping are excellent as well. Dior customer service could use some upgrading. My account froze not taking any form of payment and customer service said they could not help, I had to wait for their IT to look at the account. They couldn't even take the order over the phone and told me to just order from Sephora or Macy's if I couldn't wait for them to get back to me. I never did hear back from customer service and after 3 days of dealing with them I gave up.
