Exelent product

Very great smelling cologne that was shipped and delivered on time.

My wife always buy the stuff from Dior.com We have a friend and her BD was of July 4 I ordered some perfume and at the check our I saw the delivery is for July 13. I called immediately dior costumer service and I did ask for cancellation. Omg costumer service was rude and very very impolite told me we already shipped and you can’t cancel. I told her I would never buy anything from dio or and she said that’s entirely up to you. I was shocked that the company like dior have such a poor costumer service. I called my bank and now I dispute the charges. I didn’t get the item until July 6 at late evening and the I could not give to our friend what we initially wanted to give her which was dior perfume. Never again buy nothing from this company that doesn’t value the client! Vito ponzio
