It was my first time ordering from the Dior.com website. For some reason, I believe there was a glitch on the dior.com website where it just wouldn't take my credit card as payment. After calling the Customer Support phone # several times, no one seemed to really know the answer and one rep told me to order my Dior products from Sephora or Nordstrom. I thought the answer she provided was weird and not customer-friendly. The reason why I wanted to order from the Dior.com website was the free samples and the free gift wrapping. Anyway, several reps that I spoke to told me that someone was going to call me back. But no one did. I didn't want to give up just yet so I went ahead and instead of paying by credit card, I chose to pay by PayPal instead. Somehow that method worked.To save you guys the headache, just pay by PayPal if you want to order the products from the Dior.com website. My product arrived just fine and it was beautifully packaged. Dior is known for it's gorgeous packaging. I was worried about my product missing since I have read other people's reviews on this site and I was concerned I wasn't going to get the product that i ordered. But thankfully, everything arrived in perfect condition. I just realized now that the Dior bow was missing :( But at least I got the giftbox and tissue paper, LOL I wouldn't mind ordering from the Dior.com website again. Now I know that the website would take Paypal and not really the credit card.

Custo.er service representative did not help me to place order I looked ny myself and find the way.and they told me I order manager to call o need to wait 24-48hours and I asked her from dior to order cologne do I need to wait 24-48 hours she said yes and it was to much iam disappointed from service i received

Received my order with the perfume/product missing. someone 'packed' my order and decided to steal my perfume? Upon Calling to complain I was told that UPS would have inspect the box first. UPS never called to 'inspect' the box. I asked for a refund. I've yet to get my 400$ back. TERRIBLE. Then today I received my last order. The perfume was opened (Not in original box) and had particles (dust) inside the perfume. DISGUSTED with the quality. $500.
