The gift I purchased for my friend was delivered in timely matter and was wrap nicely.

You would not believe what happened to me . I still can’t believe it myself. I am almost ashamed to even write about it but I like you guys to be aware of the type of service Online Dior.com is given ( whether it’s them or the courier service they contracting with) I ordered from online boutique Dior.com the 7/27 their $180 value samples perfume package. very exited to get my order until I read the reviews saying that the Bottles are small and tend to break. I emailed to cancel the order so I can go head and order what I really wanted ( fèvre delicious) . I was advised by their customer service by email to wait since payment was processed already to get the package then send it back for refund. To my biggest surprise the package arrived inside what looks like an old grey shoe box with way too much packing tape on it. ( I wish I could attach a pic to show you guys ) So the box was empty . Who did this was nice enough to leave my invoice inside the box to Remind me how much I paid for a very old looking shoe box. So customer service is doing an investigation and will get back to me within 10 working days. I am really eager to hear about the findings of this so called I investigation. Very disappointed that such a big name like Dior would be tie to such action.

I absolutely love my lipstick! I ordered Dior which I Will definitely purchase again. This is my fourth time ordering the same color Which I adore!! Also was a gift and it came in a beautiful box wrapped so fabulously! So classy!
