This was my first time ever ordering from Dior, and I was impressed. The packaging was beautiful and definitely packed well so nothing would break. I just wish that online they could have a color matcher for the face products. I bought their Forever foundation- absolutely beautiful on the skin. But it oxidized so much on my skin so it went from being a decent shade on me to almost a little too deep. But besides the foundation shade, everything is amazing! Will purchase from again. Everything also arrived on time like it was scheduled.

I placed a order that never arrived then they told me they would open a investigation and i never heard back then i bought something different it don’t come after i paid for express shipping they tell me oh sorry we can’t shop there because it’s a post office then tells me to rebuy it because they can’t do anything until it comes back then i will be issued a refund not once tried to compensate me for my issues not even offer a gift nothing because I’m the customer and steady loseing money but they don’t care didn’t even say i apologize here is a gift card something but it’s ok because i will never support this brand again treat customers like they don’t care
