Amazing! Love Dior.con

I've been a happy customer for a few years now, previously, all of my purchases have been made in-person. My first experience with shopping from Dior online has been a good one. The customer service reps did not seem eager to be helpful and the process of receiving a refund on a order that hasn't processed yet was quite a headache. Moving forward, I'd rather give my business to a different company.

Great shopping experience from end to end!

Order came in time - very neatly packaged. By mistake I received 2 of the same lipsticks, but only wanted one. I will return the extra one....but I am told I have to send it back in the same package it came in. SO...I have to put one tiny lipstick in a BIG box to return it. I asked if I could put it in an envelope, but no - has to be shipped back in that huge box. Makes NO sense to me.

My package arrived on time! Awesome!

Same experience as ordering fast food, they failed at executing my order correctly. Missing an item. Called customer support. I was instructed to email. Dior customer support. As of yet I have not heard from them. Disappointed to say the least.

The shipment and delivery were okay but when the palette got delivered, the colors were coming off when it’s supposed to be sticking to its spot. Not satisfied with that part.

Great products, excellent samples. Love DIOR
