First time ordering online from Dior. May never go back to department store. So easy and am already in love with Creme Abricot.

Slow communication. Days before I knew the status of the order. Also, slow shipment. Haven’t received yet.

My order arrived quickly and was beautifully wrapped. The only thing that might be helpful from an environmental standpoint is to cut down a bit on the amount of packaging. I ordered one bottle of nail polish and it arrived in a box large enough for a pair of shoes. Don’t worry though, I recycled the box!

Dior delivers excellence. I've used your Diorshow Brow Styler for years. It's the best and I've no reason to try another. The packaging was exquisite. The Dior box with carefully folded and sealed tissue paper, the gray envelope, the enclosures were a pleasure to receive. I appreciate the two complimentary samples and the free shipping, too. As one expects, Dior is first class.

The package came improperly wrapped and half of the boxes inside were smashed. I have expected much higher quality from Dior!

I Purchased a mascara and lash primer. Neither one although they are good, is as good as the same product by Chanel. However, I love Dior Dreamskin Fresh And Perfect Cushion.

I received my Eau Sauvage and it smells amazing! Right off the top I smell the lemons. this is my initial thought on this fragrance I’m in the opening and it is true to form the lemony vibe is light fresh and easy to wear. So far so good. I think it is a summer spring fragrance for sure. So far so good
