Recently purchased 2 of the new eyeshadow quints for 124.00. One of the eyeshadows was broken upon arrival. When speaking to customer service about a replacement I was told I would have to wait 7 to 8 business days as they would have to file a claim with UPS. Not sure why I'm in the cross hairs with their shipping choice and have to wait a week before they will ship a replacement, but knowing this I will be hesitant to purchase online from them again.

The packing is amazing, the samples the cutest and the best service!

Purchased the “Forever Full Coverage” and I really like this make-up! Been wearing this make-up for about 2 years now and always get compliments. This make-up last a very long time; last me about 8-10months. I finally purchased my first “backstage” foundation brush. The brush fibers sheds so I am not too sold on the brush. I do recommend there make-up!

I recently ordered a few eye shadows off of the website and while they were packaged really well, one of the 5-colour shadows was received broken. I don't know if it's always been this way or if this is a new policy, but I was told that I'd need to pay for the return shipment which even though it went ground, still cost me $10.51. Considering the price of the shadows and the higher end company Dior is, I expected to at least get a postage paid return label....especially since this issue was not my fault but the fault of the shipper. For that reason, I am giving a 2-star revue even though I wanted to give it 1 star at best.
