Bad customer service

I was supposed to get some free samples and they were not in box. Otherwise everything was fine.

Arrived on time and beautiful packaging

I Love Dior , however not everyone can afford the beautiful clothing and shoes, but when I able to shop “beauty” I do splurge now and then. What makes it special then other sites I shop ,They really go all out with their packaging. So beautiful!!! Every little detail, along with samples and free shipping. Prices are just as reasonable than others. If you want to feel more special , You can have it gift wrapped to yourself from yourself!!!! I Do!!!

I was very pleased with the packing, and the scent is lovely. My fiancé Loves it. And the note i sent with it was nicely done everything was perfect. I even like the size of the samples.... they are the perfect size to be called a sample. And it was also shipped fast

Everything came intact which I was grateful for since I had ordered one of their eyeshadow palettes and none of the pans came broken or disturbed. They made their packaging super cushiony so that nothing would be bent or anything. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
