My Wifey love everything about it i mean everything. From the package to the box to paper tissue especially the smell of the perfume even the little samples i picked out for her. I want to thank you so much for a perfect smelling perfume. Not does she love it i love it also i cant stop touching her and smelling her. I will be ordering some more.

Your gel coat arrived cracked. All of the packaging was in pristine condition. This was shipped from the factory like that. I called to request a replacement and was told you had to do a research project before you could replace it. You wanted to contact UPS even though it was clearly the fault of your factory. In the past when I have dealt with reputable companies a replacement was sent immediately. I am very disappointed in your company.

Product is amazing! Business ethics are impressive, merchandise arrives in a timely matter, packaging makes you feel like you are getting something very special.

Dior’s customer service has been deplorable. For a reputable luxury brand this is extremely disappointing. First off I tried purchasing Bois D’Argent the first time with my credit card. This purchase failed to go through. I called Dior customer service and was basically told “Oh well I cannot help with you that. Use something else to purchase it and hopefully it goes through. I was extremely at the lack of personable interaction. A very nice stranger suggested I try using PayPal instead as it worked for her. This was a comment to an online complaint which no one from Dior cared to acknowledge. Given I am avid fragrance fanatic I went ahead and tried my purchase a second time using the recommended method which I am happy to was successful. With that said I was also excited to see the many samples Dior was including with this one purchase. This was a great way to redeem the brand except...when I received my package not one of three selected samples were to be found. Now I write this essay to say I can appreciate a great fragrance but customer service goes a long way. If you love Dior’s fragrances find alternates that are just as nice or better and support them instead. Might I suggest searching LUCKYSCENT. They are the best!!!
