It was giving difficulties to put in proper address due to which my payment wasn't going through and I had to call customer service to proceed with the payment and it did put me in a hassel of calling back n forth to figure out why the oayment was being declined and it was a fault at thr website end yet I wasn't compensated for it in any way . And had to give my card details on the phone which I wasn't comfortable with but had no othet option to to get the payment through ..

Shipping was fast however the perfume doesn't last long like some others.
