Excellent packaging. Made me feel like I was ordering some really really expensive luxury cologne. This is the first time I have ordered directly from Dior and I was not disappointed. Love my Sauvage cologne and definitely buying again from Dior.

Didn’t know what to expect colors very nice

I had a question about makeup and submitted a form. I never received an answer. I bought something from Chanel instead because they had chat and wrote back to my questions.

I love the Capture Totale line. I just wish you would make the refills for the La Creme multi-perfection again. The older jar is the one I have. Loved the product I got, but there was way too much unnecessary packaging that will likely end up in a landfill. There were four different containers for a single bottle of foundation! Plus an envelope with pages and pages of order information and marketing messages. Not necessary in this digital age.

I was a little disappointed in the polish and the bday gift was bright red lipstick which I didn’t think was very wearable so overall it was just eh
