Love Dior products! Especially Dior Show mascara, not clumpy, no smear!

Thank you so much for the attention to detail with the packaging, it really was an experience and something I will talk about for some time. I even re boxed and unboxed for a couple of family members to share the experience with. Whoever decided to put so much detail in the package really did an amazing job and thought about the client experience. The only- somewhat major- negative feedback I have, was the actual packaging box the product came in. It is not very secure and had popped open mid transit - the mail courier could easily see what was inside. It was a scary experience- luckily nothing had fallen out mid transit but this is a big area of improvement and I am sure I am not alone in mentioning this. The time from ordering to delivery was excellent and I appreciated the email notifications.

Amazing packaging, at least not doubting fake or real products! From now on I will order all my Dior products from Dior directly! Wish they were a little more generous with samples!

Very disappointed because I guess Dior will pick and choose what packages they decide to send to my address. I've had multiple items shipped to me but now only the packages you deem fit to send? Very very disappointed
