Well before I ordered they were great. They only sent one out of two holsters and the one they sent was the wrong holster and wrong handed. And now after a few emails no response.

they dont list a phone number to call about issues with current order, when i emailed about my order i get a reply with a survey about how they did and no reply about what i emailed them with my order im begining to think this whole website is nothing but a scam

I ordered the items on September 27th. The items haven't arrived yet. Becoming somewhat disillusioned by this, wishing I had not made the purchase. But since your company has seen fit to charge my account before I have received the items, companies usually wait until item has been deliver to charge the account, I guess I will just have to wait. It's been eleven days since the purchase. I've never waited this long for a package to arrive.

I wouldn’t know if their holster is any good. I haven’t gotten it yet… they use a carrier company called UniUni that absolutely sucks. Zero tracking updates, zero responses to inquiries. Quite honestly, the customer service at Dinosaurized sucks too because all you get is canned answers to every question. My advice… buyer beware. CASE IN POINT: See the canned response from “Sarah” below. I checked with the tracking number that “Sarah” provided… shocker: “No Records Found”… Great job Dinosaurized… rest assured, I will be commenting on every ad you post on social medium forums…

I really didn't believe it was going to take two weeks for delivery. You really need to stress it will be two weeks. I thought it was lost in the mail. USPS is not as "reliable" now as it used to be. After trying it out, it almost seems too big. I've adjusted the straps making it shorter and while comfortable, it feels like it is sliding off my left shoulder all the time. I've sinched up all the straps.
