Holster not as advertised
Holster Pictured in advertisement shows straps at top of holster next to shoulder pad that can be pulled up to adjust to person's frame. Holster I received has straps that are sewed together in a loop and only allow for minimal adjustment. Holster is very loose and can't be adjusted to fit.

I made a recent purchase of a holster. The product appears to be well made and a very good product. It just didn't suit my needs. Gun didn't fit
I have a S&W M&P Shield M2.0 .40 and purchased the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield 9mm/.40 M2.0 S&W Holster, the gun did not fit properly and would work the slide backwards when gun was installed. When adjusting the holster to except the gun, the adjustment screw fell out. Screw is too short to adjust properly.

Sent the wrong holsters
Sent the wrong holsters, I ordered the right handed with two slots for clips! You sen basic holster with no slots for extra clips! Now I have two holsters that are useless to me!!!

Disappointed customer. …
This is made from a very inexpensive material. The top of the holster opening next to the front strap of the pistol halfway covers the mag release which will cause mag releases when not wanted. The workmanship seems good that is why I gave 2 stars. The mag pouch is so small that I can’t get my single stack mag in it. I want a refund!!!!!!!!
