I placed an order 6 weeks ago and paid for, haven't received my product, they keep saying will follow up, there has been nothing and no refund, so unhappy that I have been caught in this scam.

Do not use - shouldn’t even be included in google maps meta search. I booked because it was the best price, 2 days later I contacted them to ask if the reservation at the hotel was confirmed. And they said they’ll refund me on Monday when the accountant is back … ?? WHAT?!

Honestly if I could give a negative number for this review like -5, I would. This company is fraud. Do not give them your money- listen to the reviews!!! Total fraud. Website looks all good and legitimate but they are absolutely not.

Dinigo was offering the best price on a hotel I was looking at using Google Maps. I booked, paid, and eight minutes later got by email "We regret to inform you that the [...] hotel is fully booked. [...] we have issued a refund to you immediately." They did refund me, but it took three days longer than the charge to my visa, and only after days thinking I'd been scammed (after reading reports of others’ experience on this site) and much wasted time trying to report them to google. Takeways: - I guess they bid to secure a booking at the lowest price and frequently don't get it - I guess if you absolutely must get the lowest price you could take the risk, but you risk locking money up out of reach if it fails, possibly jeopardising a further booking attempt. But why would you want the hassle? The need is for speed and *certainty* at a reasonably good price - Dinigo don't seem to understand that - maybe they should be up-front that they are bidding and that there is a possibility they might have to rebid at a higher price? No harm if price doesn't go above peer booker prices. - always use a payment method where they will reimburse you if it all goes wrong - finding where to complain on google defeated (60mins of wasted time - worthy of a separate complaint!), so I think complaining via a consumers association would have more luck (and they might already be more familiar with where to complain with google). I rebooked with Agoda straight away and got a reasonable price. Later in the day, Dinigo were still in the list of hotel bookers but offering the room for €4 more.

I booked a night in a hotel by the biai of this booking platform that I do not recommend. Two days before check-in I received an email saying that the hotel I booked was overbooked. However, it is now impossible to find another hotel last minute correspond to the rate I previously paid (school holiday, weekend, prices are too high now). I find it unacceptable to send a poor apology email with 5% discount that we will never use due to our bad experience. The least we could have done was to find another hotel. that’s the hotel. This platform collects your money so you have to spend more at the last minute. To avoid stress I absolutely do not recommend this platform. Shame on you

Scam. They take your booking then15 minutes later tell you the booking is no longer available. I should have checked there reviews prior to using them. They promise a refund that you never see.

I booked through Dinogo and they never actually booked me a room. They just made me pay up front and never booked anything. Then their "customer service" gave me fake check in codes to keep looking under. They need to be taken off the list of options to book rooms under. I have not been this mad at a service in a long time.

This site is a complete fraud and scam. They quote you 30% cheaper than rivals and take the payment immediately.... then a few hours later send an email to say 'sorry... Hotel no longer has vacancy. We will refund. A month later ZERO sign of my £223.81 refund.... Now the tedious task of charge back! Even if they do eventually refund they have had the money for weeks and no doubt making money on the financial markets with it before refunding. AVOID unless you enjoy chasing refunds and frustration
