It took several days to get a response. Once I got a tech support person, the service was fine, and I got what I needed.

It was a great experience. I purchased Windows 10 Pro from Digitalproductkey, I have received an email directly, the installation and activation worked perfectly

Had a problem with activation, but they helped and got me activated in a reasonably short time. I've done 3 installs now and they all work great.

I just went through an installation of Word 2019. Digitalproductkey helped me from beginning to end as I am NOT computer savvy. I can never thank them enough for their support, through their emails, online chat. They even took remote control over my computer and installed this program for me as I could not complete the task when I tried at first. I am so happy and relieved that they stepped in and provided the help I needed, otherwise, I might have destroyed my computer. Thank you again for saving me from myself. I most certainly will use them again if the need arises.

I used their online chat, and they responded within 1 minute and were able to get my account set up, and I was able to download my product key and software within minutes.
