The code I bought for Windows 10 Professional *did* work, but I had to activate by phone. In a text chat later with Digital Chill Mart, they said I should have let them know at the time, and said they would have resolved the issue. If I run into this next time, I will let them know immediately.

I purchased a Win11 Pro key; I had previously downloaded the OS from the Microsoft site. The key I received failed to activate and I contacted support and got Lamia. She requested a screenshot with my error message and after receiving it immediately sent me a new key. Unfortunately that key also failed; I immediately sent her another email, received another key and it activated my OS. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Great support.

It actually worked, First buy I got an invalid Key so then I asked them for a replacement (no charge) in chat and they sent me the new one and it worked.
