First key didnt work but the support person roita was very helpfull and gave me a new key that worked

accidently bought a windows 11 home key and they switched it to a windows 11 pro key

great customer service, helped me even though I was an idiot

1.) Paid for a Windows 11 Retail key. 2.) Received order confirmation and receipt. 3.) Did not receive the key in my mail. 4.) Customer service chat does not respond after two hours wait. Would not recommend this place.

Worked like it should. Great price too!

Chat was very responsive and apt in helping me activate the windows key provided. Although I was unable to activate, the chat provided a couple different keys, pro and home to help remediate my issue.

The first Product Key I bought was already used, which made me a little suspicious about the legitimacy of the site and its prices. However, I used the chat function and immediately got support, where they provided me with a working Product Key without a hassle!

Great customer support (im not a bot)
