Easy company to use sadly there was a slight hiccup getting the email and I used the online chat bubble and was thinking it was going to be a bot and it was a person and I told them what happened and they fixed the issue with no hesitation 10/10 review

Mistakenly bought a Windows 11 Home key when my system actually had the Pro version, after contacting support they helped to exhange my key for the correct Pro version and did so incredibly fast. The individual which helped me was named Israt and was a massive help. Thank you!
