Bought the wrong key, went to their support to talk to a nice gentleman named Saikat and he let me know the key I bought was the wrong version and exchanged me out for a correct key. He even helped me get activated on my device. Great service, highly recommend them!

Had issues with the first key I bought (a Windows 11 Home key) but Israt with their support team helped me with a replacement key. Their support process takes very little time and customer service is great. Obviously the site meets its purpose of getting you cheaper keys, plus you can use discount codes. (I personally used the rootech one.) Though just note that when I got the replacement key, it was an activation/upgrade to Windows 11 Pro instead. There isn't really any difference though, so I don't really mind. Nonetheless, my Windows is activated.
