I had purchased a Windows 11 Home Key (Win11) having forgotten I had Windows 10 Pro upgraded into a Windows 11 Pro. I subsequently bought a Win11 Pro key and reach out to customer support to try and get a refund for the Win11 Home key. Lamia was able to issue a full refund for the Win11 Home key. Responce was fast, polite, and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant customer service! It is easy to applaud a retailer when everything goes well, but the real measure of performance is when things don’t go as planned. I had an activation issue.
