At first I had a problem with the Product Key received and contact Live Support on the website. Israt, the representative, helped me through the problem thoroughly and got a replacement key that worked! Highly recommend for their excellent service.

At first the key I bought did not work, but when I was connected to the support team, Sid noticed that I bought Home edition when I had Pro. He was able to get my switched out and activated my key within a few seconds. Really great team. Thanks

Bought the wrong key on accident and they said they would be able to provide me with a different "Windows 11 Home" key. I then activated the key only for my system to boot into windows 11 enterprise which is a whole different edition of windows that they don't even sell! SCAM!!!
